On iPhone: tap the Share button in Safari, then "Add to Home Screen." Push notifications only work once it's installed this way and opened from the home screen icon (iOS 16.4+).
No login involved — placing an order just tags this device's existing subscription with an order number, so a notification can be sent to that one order specifically instead of broadcasting to everyone.
